MY BEST STUFF

So here I’m gonna list what exercises in particular I care about doing really heavy weights on. Obviously the content on this page will change over time. But here is where I am currently at.

NB: I am well aware that these numbers are by no means impressive! But I will get better as my training progresses…idealy.

NB Again: All these weights are from unassisted, full form reps. They are my last attempts to date too, e.g, my 3RM weight is not necessarily the most I can do, instead it’s the last weight I’ve tried 3 reps of.

NB final time: “plates”, for those who don’t know, represent 20kg (44IB) weights.

CURRENT WEIGHT: 114kg

CURRENT LEAN MASS: 88kg

BENCH PRESS (1RM) = 122.5kg
BENCH PRESS (3RM) = 110kg
BENCH PRESS (8RM) = 100kg

SQUAT (1RM) = 160kg
SQUAT (3RM) = 140kg
SQUAT (8RM) = 120kg

45 DEGREE LEG PRESS (1RM) = 14 plates
45 DEGREE LEG PRESS (3RM) = 12 plates
45 DEGREE LEG PRESS (8RM) = 10 plates
